Timber Mobile Ark

All our mobile arks are manufactured on site at Blackdown Buildings using high quality pressure treated, sustainably sourced timber.

We manufacture our Mobile Arks using heavy gauge steel roofing, solid T&G stock walling timber walls, wooden skids and a metal towing bar to allow the ark to be portable. These will be supplied in kit form for self assembly complete with instructions or can be installed by the installation team. Ideal for livestock or tractor store.

We offer stock sizes of 2.4m x 3.0m, 2.4m x 4.0m, and 2.4m x 6.0m (with an internal division), providing flexible options for livestock, equipment storage, or agricultural use.

Yes. Our mobile arks can include stable fronts, dog kennel fronts, or personnel doors, allowing you to tailor the ark to specific livestock or operational requirements.

How are Mobile Arks delivered and assembled?

Mobile arks are supplied in kit form with detailed instructions for self-assembly. Alternatively, our installation team can assemble the ark on-site for you.

How should Mobile Arks be secured?

To reduce the risk of wind damage, all mobile arks should be anchored to the ground. We recommend using our ground anchor kits, except on very sandy soils or concrete.
